- Reviewing and incorporating feedback to improve services
- Identifying and contacting the user when a reply is needed

Feedback data is retained until the user requests deletion. Users may request deletion via the email below; we will process within 10 business days.

- Storage: Cloudflare D1 (SQLite-based serverless database)
- Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)
- Country of transfer: United States — data is transferred over the network for service provision.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share collected information with third parties, except where required by law (e.g., requests from investigative authorities or court orders).
6. User Rights
Under Articles 35–37 of the Personal Information Protection Act, users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Send requests to the email below; we will process within 10 business days.

- Storage access limited to administrators authenticated via Cloudflare
